Southern Fried Chicken

  1. Mix cream and eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken and let stand for one hour.
  3. Season flour with paprika, salt and pepper.
  4. Remove chicken from cream.
  5. Dredge chicken in flour.
  6. Melt bacon fat and shortening in skillet.
  7. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
