Pasta with Spicy Marinara Shrimp
- 330 g linguine, uncooked
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 lb. (450 g) uncooked medium shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir garlic in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 1 min.
- Stir in pasta sauce, tomatoes, parsley and pepper.
- Bring to simmer on medium-low heat.
- Add shrimp; cook 4 to 5 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
- Add pasta and reserved cooking water to sauce mixture in skillet.
- Cook and stir 2 min.
