Heavened Eggs

  1. To boil eggs, place eggs in enough cold water to cover completely, bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low medium heat.
  3. Boil an additional 12 minutes.
  4. Promptly chill eggs so yolks stay bright yellow.
  5. Remove shells from eggs, and half lengthwise with a knife.
  6. Carefully, remove the yolks, and place in a medium bowl.
  7. Mash yolks with a fork, and add the remaining ingredients except for mayonnaise.
  8. Add enough mayonnaise to hold everything together and stuff eggs.
