Asian Chicken with Peanut Slaw
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
- 3/4 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Dressing Mix, divided
- 2 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
- Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken 10 to 12 min.
- or until cooked through (165 degrees F), turning after 5 min.
- and brushing occasionally with 1/4 cup dressing.
- Toss cabbage with carrots, peanuts and remaining dressing.
- Serve with the chicken.
