Bing Crosby Recipe

  1. Dough: Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Add in shortening & mix thoroughly.
  3. Add in egg to lowfat milk & add in to dry mix to make a soft dough.
  4. Divide dough into 2 pcs.
  5. Roll out 1/8-inch thick & cut into 6 quarters.
  6. Fit into muffin tins.
  7. Fill with corned beef mix & fold edges of pastry over to center.
  8. Moisted edges with water to make them stick together.
  9. Bake 20 min at 375 or possibly till browned.
  10. Filling: Heat butter in heavy skillet.
  11. Add in onions & cook slowly till soft.
  12. Add in flour.
  13. Stir.
  14. Add in remaining ingredients.
  15. Bring to boil & stir till thick.
