Balsamic Vinaigrette

• 14 cup balsamic vinegar
• 34 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 clove garlic, chopped or crushed
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard or 2 teaspoons honey mustard

1. Combine ingredients and shake well.
