Creamy Smoked Salmon & Ancho Chili Spread
- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 14 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- 3 ounces smoked salmon, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons red bell pepper & ancho chile pepper jam
- seed overload lavash cracker
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- Mix together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, cracked pepper and red bell pepper & ancho chili jam until thoroughly combined.
- Gently fold in smoked salmon.
- Spoon a small amount of salmon cream cheese mixture on crackers.
- Sprinkle with chives and serve.
