Oriental Sesame Marinade

  1. Heat small skillet over high heat; when hot, add sesame seeds and swirl until seeds become light brown and fragrant.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. When seeds are cool, combine with other ingredients.
  4. Use marinade on meats several hours before cooking.
