Grilled Steak over Mixed Summer Greens

  1. Prepare dressing.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Preheat grill (or range) and cook zucchini on each side 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer to salad bowl.
  5. Grill meat until medium rare or cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Set meat aside.
  7. Place mixed greens and other vegetables inlcuding the zucchini in salad bowl and add a little bit of the dressing and toss gently.
  8. Arrange the mixture on two salad plates.
  9. Slice steak on grain.
  10. Serve the steak over the prepared salad.
  11. Serve remaining salad dressing on side.
