Semifreddo

  1. Beat eggs whites.
  2. Whip cream.
  3. Whip egg yolks with sugar until creamy.
  4. Whip honey and cognac into the yolks.
  5. Stir in fruit, nuts, candy until evenly distributed.
  6. Fold in whipped cream.
  7. Fold in egg whites.
  8. Pour into loaf pan lined with saran and freeze.
  9. Slice and serve with chocolate sauce or more berries.
