Surprisingly Tasty! Avocado in Miso Vinegar
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tbsp of each White miso, sugar, vinegar
- Combine the ingredients to make the miso vinegar.
- Slice the avocado vertically down the middle, and remove the stone and skin.
- Seefor tips on how to peel an avocado neatly.
- Cut into 7 - 8 mm slices, and place on a serving plate.
- Top with the vinegar miso.
- Add a tablespoon of ground sesame seeds to the vinegar miso for a nice bang bang chicken sauce!
- Toss with boiled squid.
