Surprisingly Tasty! Avocado in Miso Vinegar

  1. Combine the ingredients to make the miso vinegar.
  2. Slice the avocado vertically down the middle, and remove the stone and skin.
  3. Seefor tips on how to peel an avocado neatly.
  4. Cut into 7 - 8 mm slices, and place on a serving plate.
  5. Top with the vinegar miso.
  6. Add a tablespoon of ground sesame seeds to the vinegar miso for a nice bang bang chicken sauce!
  7. Toss with boiled squid.
