Italian Beef Sandwiches

  1. Combine all ingredients in roast pan.
  2. Fill with water until meat is half-way covered.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
  4. Remove meat and shred it.
  5. Put shredded meat back in roast pan and bake another 1/2 hour.
  6. Drain and serve on French bread.
  7. May prepare in a crock-pot but will need to cook 8 hours.

chuck roast, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper, onion, parsley flakes, pepperoncini pepper, worcestershire sauce
