Adopted Deviled Eggs
- 6 eggs
- 12 cup prepared salad dressing or 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon sweet pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 14 teaspoon cayenne
- 18 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt, to taste
- Hard cook the eggs.
- Cool, peel, and cut lengthwise.
- Scoop yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add salad dressing (I use mayonnaise) and remaining ingredients.
- Mash until smooth.
- I use a fork.
- Pipe or spoon mixture into egg halves.
- I've never piped, so I use a spoon.
- Garnish.
- Sliced gherkins add a nice finishing touch, too.
- Chill loosely wrapped until ready to present.
