Mexican Pork Chops & Beans Recipe
- 1 lg. cooking bag
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. thick & chunky salsa
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 4 pork chops (trim fat)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 green peppers, minced
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Shake flour in bag and leave.
- Add in salsa, lemon juice, chili pwdr and garlic pwdr; shake bag to mix.
- Put in pork chops, put beans and green peppers on top of chops.
- Bake for 35 to 40 min.
