Neapolitan Krispies

  1. Line a deep straight- edged 9 x 13 pan with foil extend over two sides.
  2. Coat with cooking spray.
  3. Melt 3 Tbsp.
  4. Butter in a large sausepan over medium low heat.
  5. Add one package regular marshmallows.
  6. Stirring until melted and smooth.Remove from heat stir in 6 cups rice krispies.
  7. Using a rubber spatula coated with cooking spray.
  8. Press firmly into pan .
  9. Set aside.
  10. In a clean sausepan.
  11. Melt 3 Tbsp.
  12. Butter.
  13. Add remaing pack of regular marshmallows stir until melted.
  14. Stir in cocoa krispies until evenly coated.
  15. Press firmly over plain layer.
  16. Set aside.
  17. Melt remaining 3 Tbsp.
  18. Butter in a clean sausepan.
  19. Add strawberry marshmallows stirring until coated.
  20. Press firmly over cocoa layer.
  21. Refrigerate until chilled.
  22. Invert pan onto cutting board to remove cereal .
  23. Remove foil and cut.
