Stir Fry Chicken-Rice
- 12 kg cubed chicken breast
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 package seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 12 stalk minced celery
- 1 medium minced onion
- 12 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 scrambled eggs
- 3 tablespoons oil
- In a saucepan over medium heat saute chicken breast using 1 tablespoon oil; remove chicken.
- Fry garlic, celery, onion and cabbage until soft.
- Remove and scramble 2 eggsed.
- Add sauteed chicken breast and vegetables to scrambled eggs; sprinkle seasoning over these ingredients and add the cup water.
- Stir mixture.
- Add the cooked rice.
- Mix well.
- You can use soy sauce to suit your taste.
