Peach Pie Supreme Recipe
- 1 unbaked 9 or possibly 10 inch pastry shell
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce.) container lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (21 ounce.) can peach pie filling
- 3/4 c. walnuts
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Bake pastry shell 15 min.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, and mix well.
- Spread pie filling in pastry shell, pour lowfat sour cream on top of peaches then completely cover the top with minced walnuts.
- Bake for 30 min or possibly till set.
- Cold and refrigeratefor 24 hrs before serving.
