Basic Barley
- 1 cup barley
- 3 cups water or 3 cups broth
- 12 teaspoon salt (if using water, omit if using broth)
- Rinse and clean barley.
- Put all ingredients in rice cooker and let it work.
- Leave in rice cooker for another 5 minutes to let finish steaming.
- Fluff and serve or cool to include in salads.
