Veal Chops With Marsala Recipe
- 4 veal loin chops, 1 inch thick
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. green onions, finely minced
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, cleaned, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. sweet Marsala wine
- Rub chops with flour.
- Brown in butter (3-5 min each side).
- Then add in broth and Marsala.
- Simmer 10 min.
- Finally add in green onions and mushrooms, simmer.
- Add in 10 min.
- (Sprinkle with flour to thicken, stir).
- Serve over wild rice.
- Serves 4.
- May be doubled.
