Veal Chops With Marsala Recipe

  1. Rub chops with flour.
  2. Brown in butter (3-5 min each side).
  3. Then add in broth and Marsala.
  4. Simmer 10 min.
  5. Finally add in green onions and mushrooms, simmer.
  6. Add in 10 min.
  7. (Sprinkle with flour to thicken, stir).
  8. Serve over wild rice.
  9. Serves 4.
  10. May be doubled.
