Beef Stroganoff Casserole Recipe
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oil
- 8 ounce sliced mushrooms
- 1 lrg onion minced
- 3 clv garlic chopped
- 1/4 c. dry white wine*
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 c. cooked noodles**
- Heat oven to 350. spray 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray.
- brown beef in skillet.
- drain.
- heat oil in same skillet and brown onion, mushroom and garlic until onion is tender.
- in large bowl mix soup, white wine, salt, pepper and lowfat sour cream.
- add in liquid removed beef and cooked noodles.
- Mix with onion garlic mix.
- Pour into greased pan.
- bake at 350 for 30 min or possibly till heated through.
- don't cover.
- * do not drink what is left in bottle.
- ** i didn't have noodles so I used lasagna noodles.
- I broke them up and cooked them and it was just as good.
