Everything-Bagel Crusted Salmon

  1. Sauce: Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  2. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring as needed.
  3. Crusted Salmon: Combine first 6 ingredients.
  4. Rub 2-1/2 tsp.
  5. (12 mL) of the seasoning mixture onto top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Spray saute pan with cooking spray; heat on medium heat.
  7. Place fish fillets, seasoned-sides down, in pan; cook 2 min.
  8. or until seasoning mixture is lightly toasted.
  9. Turn fish; cook 3 min.
  10. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  11. Reheat Sauce in microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  12. or until hot and bubbly, stirring as needed.
  13. For each serving: Mound 1/2 cup (125 mL) "Creamed" Cabbage Gratin onto center of serving plate; top with 1 Crusted Salmon fillet.
  14. Drizzle 1/4 cup (50 mL) sauce around salmon.
  15. Sprinkle with 1 tsp.
  16. (5 mL) chives.
