Dandelion Flower Wine

  1. Select fresh flowers, being careful that all of the stems have been removed.
  2. Pour boiling water over flowers, cover with a tea towel and allow to stand for three days.
  3. Strain, add remaining ingredients, cover and let stand for three weeks until fermentation is completed.
  4. Strain out all solids, bottle and cork.
