Grilled cheese rollers
- 2 slice bread per person
- 2 slice sandwich cheese or some shredded cheddar..I prefer shredded cheddar
- 1 tbsp butter per person
- Heat a pan on medium high and put a tablespoon or more of butter in it
- Lay slices of bread out and flatten them with a rolling pin or a cup
- Cut off crust and make bread into a nice square shape
- Put your cheese on bread and roll it up..put a bit of butter at the end to seal it
- Lay them seal side down in the hit butter your pan has been heating and brown on all side..These are great for dipping in tomato soup
