Chinese Lettuce Salad Recipe
- 1/3 to 1/2 can LaChoy rice noodles
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 head red leaf lettuce or possibly Romaine
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon Accent
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 green onions, minced
- 2 tbsp. almond slivers
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3 tbsp. vinegar
- Toast almonds and sesame seeds together till light brown.
- Combine dressing ingredients; sugar, Accent, oils, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Shake well.
- Mix lettuce, rice noodles, onions, almonds and sesame seeds; toss with dressing just before serving.
- Don't combine till last minute.
