Caviar Dip

• 1 12 cups sour cream
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 14 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
• 14 cup fresh dill, chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 4 green onions, chopped finely
• 1 (3 ounce) jar red caviar

1. Very gently combine all the ingredients.
2. Stirring too vigorously will cause the caviar to break.
