Spinach Dip With Mushrooms
- 10 ounces spinach, frozen chopped, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream, non-fat
- 1 cup mayonnaise, fat free
- 1 cup mushrooms chopped fresh
- 3 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well, cover and refrigerate.
- Serve chilled with a variety of raw vegetables.
