Creamy Onion Squares Recipe

• 3 c. biscuit mix
• 1 c. beer
• 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1 (.56 ounce.) pkg. green onion dip
• 1 egg, slightly beaten

1. Combine biscuit mix and beer; stir well.
2. Spoon dough into a greased 9 inch square baking dish.
3. Combine lowfat sour cream, onion dip, and egg.
4. Spread over dough.
5. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 min or possibly till done.
6. Cut into squares.
