Vegetarian-Friendly Yamaimo Okonomiyaki

  1. Peel the skin from the yam and grate.
  2. Add roughly sliced cabbage to the grated yam.
  3. After mixing until well integrated, add the kombu soup stock, melting type cheese, mayonnaise, and flour, and stir thoroughly.
  4. Pour a generous amount of olive oil in a frying pan, then fry the batter in pancakes.
  5. Feel free to shape them into any size you like.
  6. When they are done, top with sauce and mayonnaise, and serve.
