Sweet Wasabi Tuna with Red Pepper Coulis Recipe Shrine

  1. For Wasabi Glaze: Mix together first 6 ingredients.
  2. The slowly incorporate that mixture into the white miso until a glaze is formed.
  3. Adjust saltiness with sugar.
  4. The flavor should be of a sweet, salty, wasabi.
  5. For Red Pepper Coulis: Roast peppers until charred.
  6. Remove the skin and seeds.
  7. Reserve any liquid that comes from the peppers.
  8. Puree in a blender until smooth.
  9. Add the remaining ingredients and puree until all ingredients are incorporated.
  10. Grill your tuna to your temperature of choice.
  11. Serve with the wasabi glaze, on top of the coulis.
