Beef and Noodles Casserole
- 1 bag (12 Oz.) Egg Noodles
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder (adjust To Your Liking)
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs (adjust To Your Liking)
- 2 cans 10.75 Oz Cans, Condensed Tomato Soup
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (enough To Cover Casserole)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Bring a pot of water to boil for the noodles.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In another pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with some garlic powder and Italian herbs (to taste).
- Once meat is browned, drain the fat from the pan.
- Combine prepared noodles and ground beef in a 9x13 pan, and mix with 2 cans of tomato soup (undiluted).
- Cover with foil, and place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Then remove from oven, remove foil, and sprinkle on your choice of shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, jack, whatever tickles your fancy!)
- and return to oven until cheese melts.
