Beef and Noodles Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Bring a pot of water to boil for the noodles.
  3. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. In another pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with some garlic powder and Italian herbs (to taste).
  5. Once meat is browned, drain the fat from the pan.
  6. Combine prepared noodles and ground beef in a 9x13 pan, and mix with 2 cans of tomato soup (undiluted).
  7. Cover with foil, and place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Then remove from oven, remove foil, and sprinkle on your choice of shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, jack, whatever tickles your fancy!)
  9. and return to oven until cheese melts.
