Peach and Strawberry French Toast

  1. Whisk together the milk, eggs and cinnamon.
  2. Dip bread slices into mixture then place onto a plate.
  3. Heat half the butter and oil in a 26cm non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook 2 slices of bread for 2-3 minutes each side until golden.
  5. Remove and continue with remaining butter, oil and bread.
  6. Spread toast with Philly*, top with peaches, strawberries and almonds.
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup then serve immediately.
