Brownies

  1. In a small saucepan, melt cocoa and butter, stirring as it melts.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
  4. Add sugar, flour, nuts, and salt.
  5. Pour the cocoa mixture over the dry ingredients, and stir together.
  6. Scrape batter into a greased 8x8-inch pan.
  7. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, until the edges show signs of pulling away from the sides of the pan.
  8. Cut into 25 squares when cool.
