Avocado Sprout Spread

• 34 cup chopped alfalfa sprout
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 medium avocado, mashed
• 1 tablespoon minced green onion
• salt and pepper

1. Mix well and serve with crackers or bread.
2. Chill while storing.
