Citrus Spinach & Rice Salad

  1. Prepare rice as directed on package.
  2. Cool.
  3. Toss rice, spinach, oranges and onion with dressing.
  4. Divide into 4 equal servings.
  5. Serve each person 1 cheese stick and 2 TRISCUIT crackers on the side.
  6. Enjoy an 8 fl oz glass of milk per serving with meal.
