Smokin Mango BBQ Sauce

  1. in large "non-corrosive" stock pot, whisk together tomato paste and tap water.
  2. Add remaining "wet" ingredients.
  3. Slowly bring mixture to a boil.
  4. Stir in "dry" ingredients.
  5. Lower mixture to a simmer and cook approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours until desired thickness.
