Stephanie's Taco Soup
- 1 lb ground chuck, browned and drained
- 1 14 ounces taco seasoning
- 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans corn
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
- 2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans
- 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel (or 1 can rotel and 1 diced tomatoes)
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
- Season meat with the taco seasoning as it is cooking or add it in with the beans.
- Dump all contents into a crock pot.
- Stir well.
- Let cook for 4 hours on high or all day on low.
- Enjoy!
