Bufala Negra

  1. Muddle sugar, vinegar and 4 basil leaves in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add bourbon and ice and shake to dissolve sugar.
  3. Strain over ice into old-fashioned glass, top with ginger beer and garnish with basil.
  4. Serve.
