Italian Sausage and Pesto Wraps

  1. In large skillet, cook sausage.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add bell peppers and onion and saute 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add artichoke hearts with their liquid and basil pesto and cook until heated through.
  5. Divide sausage mixture among tortillas, top with cheese.
  6. Roll and serve.
