Aunty Pam's Orange and Ginger Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Lay chicken pieces in a lightly greased roasting pan or casserole dish.
  3. Blend together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
  4. Cover and bake for one hour, basting frequently.
  5. Remove chicken and if desired, thicken sauce with cornstarch.
  6. Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
