Beef Chili Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 9 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 4 Tbsp. cumin
- 4 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon
- 2 can non-alcohol beer
- 2 c. water
- 4 lb grnd chuck
- 2 lb warm pork sausage
- 1 lb chuck roast, cubed
- 2 lrg onions, minced
- 10 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. crushed dry habenero peppers
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 Tbsp. Louisiana Red Warm Sauce
- 1/4 c. jalapenos, sliced
- 1 c. tomato sauce salt to taste
- 2 lrg cans warm chili beans with gravy THIS RECIPE WILL FEED A WHOLE TROOP.
- In a #14 Dutch oven, add in paprika, oregano, cumin, chili pwdr, beef bouillon, n/a beer, and 2 c. water.
- Let simmer.
- In a large skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil and brown meat in batches till all meat is done.
- Add in each batch to Dutch oven with slotted spoon and stir after each batch.
- Saute/fry onion, garlic, and jalapenos in drippings till onion is clear.
- Add in to Dutch oven and stir.
- Simmer 2 hrs.
- Add in rest of ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
- Add in water as necessary.
