Sausages Mediterranean Style

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  2. Add the garlic and sausage pieces, cook until browned.
  3. Add pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add ratatouille, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, pesto, sundried tomatoes, ketchup and seasoning.
  5. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in olives prior to serving and garnish with the shredded basil.
  7. Serve with tagliatelle or crusty bread and salad.
