*Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce*
- 1 Chicken (thigh or breast)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 dash Plain flour
- 2 tbsp Store-bought chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Real mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 desired amount Green beans
- 1 desired amount Mizuna greens
- 1 desired amount New or sweet onion
- 1 Olive oil
- Prepare the chicken by butterflying it and removing the sinew.
- Season with salt and pepper and coat lightly with sifted flour with a tea strainer.
- In a heated frying pan, add olive oil and sliced garlic.
- Take out garlic when it's cooked.
- Fry chicken with skin side down.
- Flip over the chicken, add green beans and fry.
- Cover with a lid and steam-cook.
- Mix the A) ingredients.
- When Step 3 is cooked, remove from the pan and cut into bite size.
- Serve on a plate with B.
- Add Step 4 in a frying pan and bring to a boil.
- Pour Step 5 over it and it's done
