*Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce*

  1. Prepare the chicken by butterflying it and removing the sinew.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and coat lightly with sifted flour with a tea strainer.
  3. In a heated frying pan, add olive oil and sliced garlic.
  4. Take out garlic when it's cooked.
  5. Fry chicken with skin side down.
  6. Flip over the chicken, add green beans and fry.
  7. Cover with a lid and steam-cook.
  8. Mix the A) ingredients.
  9. When Step 3 is cooked, remove from the pan and cut into bite size.
  10. Serve on a plate with B.
  11. Add Step 4 in a frying pan and bring to a boil.
  12. Pour Step 5 over it and it's done
