Turkey Paninis
- 1 whole wheat french bread
- thinly sliced tomatoes
- 2 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- deli turkey
- sliced avocado
- sliced lettuce or Baby Spinach
- One: Split open French bread sections and layer each bottom half with tomatoes, cheese, and turkey.
- Toast sandwich on a grill such as George Foreman.
- Grill until lightly brown, about 6 minutes.
- Two: Remove sandwich and add Avocado and lettuce or baby spinach.
