Teriyaki Sauce: A Family Favorite

• 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
• 1/2 tbsp Sake
• 2 tbsp Mirin
• 2 tbsp Soy sauce

1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. That's it!
3. Here's the sauce with atsuage.
4. Here it is coated over filets of flounder.
5. The sauce is great for bento side dishes as well.
6. I measured it in with teaspoons.
7. Halve some new potatoes and deep fry them before coating them in the sauce!
