Nascar Star David Ragan's Burgers
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tbsp. steak house seasoning
- 2 saltine crackers
- 7 Hamburger buns
- 7 of cheese
- Combine all ingredients except buns and cheese in a mixing bowl; mash with a fork or your hands until well combined.
- Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Form meat into 6 to 8 hamburger patties.
- Preheat grill, if desired, or heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill or fry burgers about 10 to 12 minutes, or until desired doneness, turning once.
- Serve on hamburger buns with a slice of cheese.
