Ham, Cream Cheese, Pickle Roll-ups
- 1 jar Kosher Dill Pickles (Medium Size)
- 1 package Cooked Ham
- 1 block Cream Cheese, Softened
- Drain the amount of pickles needed, per slices of ham in package.
- Lay ham slices on paper towel, pat dry.
- Spread softened cream cheese on ham slices.
- Dry pickles with paper towel.
- Starting at one end of ham slice, roll pickle up with cream cheese.
- Chill in fridge to harden cream cheese.
- (makes for easier cutting)
- Slice pickles vertically, discarding ends.
- Arrange on serving platter, or pie plate.
- Enjoy!!
