Ham, Cream Cheese, Pickle Roll-ups

  1. Drain the amount of pickles needed, per slices of ham in package.
  2. Lay ham slices on paper towel, pat dry.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese on ham slices.
  4. Dry pickles with paper towel.
  5. Starting at one end of ham slice, roll pickle up with cream cheese.
  6. Chill in fridge to harden cream cheese.
  7. (makes for easier cutting)
  8. Slice pickles vertically, discarding ends.
  9. Arrange on serving platter, or pie plate.
  10. Enjoy!!
