Angel Hair Pasta In Garlic Sauce Recipe

• 1 pkt capellini (angel hair) pasta - (16 ounce)
• 1/4 c. olive or possibly vegetable oil
• 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
• 4 x garlic cloves finely minced
• 1/2 c. freshly-grated Parmesan cheese Freshly-grnd black pepper to serve

1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
2. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Cook parsley and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, till garlic is golden brown.
4. Drain pasta; mix with garlic mix.
5. Sprinkle with cheese.
6. Serve with pepper.
7. This recipe yields 6 servings.
