Cabbage, Potato and Smoked Sausage
- 1 teaspoon pepper, black
- 1 head cabbage, fresh, large (about 7-inch dia)
- 1 cup onion, raw chopped
- 4 potatoes, raw, 4 . 00 medium (2-1/4-inch to 3-1/4-inch dia.)
- 8 ounces low-fat smoked sausage
- 1 teaspoon Knorr chicken bouillon
- place all ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring to boil, then turn heat down to med low and cook until potatoes and cabbage are done.
