Polynesian-Glazed Meatballs

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in barbecue sauce, ginger, garlic powder and pineapple juice.
  5. Add meatballs; stir until evenly coated.
  6. Cook 10 min.
  7. or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
  8. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package.
  9. Add pineapple to meatball mixture; mix well.
  10. Serve over rice.
