Turkey-Melon Wraps

  1. Cut rind from cantaloupe; cut flesh crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices (about 1 cup).
  2. Spread tortillas with an even layer of horseradish sauce; top with lettuce and turkey.
  3. Divide cantaloupe among tortillas.
  4. Tightly roll up tortillas, jelly-roll fashion.
  5. Trim ends, if you like.
  6. With serrated knife, cut wraps in half and serve.
